Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (high-protein)

  • 1 cup granola (your favorite variety)

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)

  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)

  • 1–2 tsp chia seeds (optional, for extra nutrients)

Directions:

  1. Layer the base: Spoon a layer of Greek yogurt into the bottom of two glass cups or jars.

  2. Add crunch: Sprinkle with a layer of granola.

  3. Top with berries: Add a handful of mixed berries.

    • Repeat layers until jars are full, finishing with yogurt on top.

  4. Drizzle & garnish: Add a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of chia seeds.

  5. Serve immediately for the crunchiest texture, or refrigerate up to 4 hours for grab-and-go convenience.
