CHICKEN CAESAR
WRAP

Yields: 4 servings
Ingredients:
Chicken
2 large chicken breasts (or thighs), boneless & skinless
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Wrap Assembly
4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
½ cup Caesar dressing
1 cup cornbread croutons (or regular croutons)
Freshly ground black pepper (for garnish)
Directions:
Prepare the "Salad": In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, romaine lettuce, and Parmesan cheese. Add the Caesar dressing and toss to coat all the ingredients evenly.
Warm Tortillas: For easier rolling, you can warm the tortillas in the microwave for 15-30 seconds.
Assemble Wraps: Lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken and lettuce mixture down the center of each tortilla, leaving a few inches on the sides.
Roll Tightly: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll it up from the bottom, like a burrito.
Serve: Slice the wraps in half on a diagonal and serve immediately.
